Receptionist/Admin Assistant (Part – time)
We are currently recruiting for a part-time Receptionist/Admin Assistant to work 08.30 – 12.00 Monday to Friday (17.5 hours per week).
You will cover reception, managing the switchboard and directing calls as required, meeting and greeting visitors, taking messages. You will also assist with building security administration, the management and provision of the catering service and assisting other members of the admin team as required.
Some reception/admin experience would be advantageous.
