Iran Sanctions – New United States Measures in Respect of Foreign Financial Institutions

Further to our recent Notice to Members No. 12 2012/2013, Freehill, Hogan & Mahar have issued a Client Alert  giving further details of the Executive Order and the Iran Threat Reduction and Syria Human Rights Act of 2012.

This Act was signed into law by President Obama on 10 August 2012.
