Appointment of the Chairman of the Board of Directors February 2016

At their meeting in Paris on February 3^rd 2016, the Board of Directors unanimously elected Mr Francis Sarre as Chairman of the Board as successor to Mr Matheos T Los. Mr. Sarre has been a Director since March 2011, and a Vice‑Chairman since September 2014.

Mr Los, who became Chairman in 2008, shall remain a member of the Board and Executive Committee.
