25/01/2006 Turkey: Pollution Fines at Turkish Ports

 

On 27 July 2005 the Managers reported to Member’s a reduction in the fines that could be imposed for vessels polluting waters in Turkish ports.

The Managers have been informed that with effect from 1 January 2006 the fines have been increased. The new fixed tariff is as follows:

A. Fines applicable to tankers discharging dirty ballast
