Club Selects Standard & Poor's

The Board has taken the decision to withdraw from the AM Best interactive rating process following a review of the market practice and the costs and benefits of maintaining two interactive ratings. The Board further concluded that Members' interests would be best served by having only one rating in the future.

As part of this process AM Best have provided a final rating and have affirmed the Financial Strength Rating of A- (Excellent) and the Long-Term Issuer Credit Rating of “A-” of the Club. The outlook of these ratings remains stable.

All future ratings will now be solely provided by Standard & Poor's (S&P). S&P currently rate the Club A- (strong) with a stable outlook underlining the financial strength of the Club.
