Enhanced Comprehensive Charterers and Non-Poolable Ancillary Covers for 2017

For 2017, the Club’s Comprehensive Charterers and Non-Poolable Ancillary covers have been renewed on the same terms and conditions as for 2016, but with the option to increase the overall limit of cover for each as follows:

  • The Charterers cover has been renewed with a limit of liability, as set out in Rule 3 (B) (e), of US$ 500 million any one vessel, any one incident in the aggregate, but for those members requiring it, additional cover is available, at terms to be agreed, up to a further US$ 500 million, any one vessel, any one incident in the aggregate, making an overall limit of cover of $1 billion available for Charterer risks.
  • The Club’s Non-Poolable Ancillary Cover has also been extended to allow appropriate risks to attach up to a maximum limit of US$ 250 million any one incident for those members who require it.
