Serafeim joined West in January 2023. He studied Shipping at the University of Piraeus and holds a Master’s degree in Shipping Finance and Management from the Athens University of Economics and Business. He mainly deals with precautionary surveys. He is fluent in Greek and English and has an advanced command of German.
