Vincent Yang graduated from Dalian Maritime University in 2016 and then earned an LLM at Hong Kong University a year later. After training at two local Hong Kong law firms he joined the Claims Dept of the Club’s Hong Kong office in 2020. He is a registered PRC lawyer.
