By way of clarification, the notice of alteration applies to all non-mutual business, including but not limited to;

Comprehensive Charterer's Liability entries
Fixed Premium owned entries, including cover under Rule 14 (2) – Excess war P&I cover
Extended and ancillary covers

The Exclusion does not apply to excess war P&I cover as set out in Rule 14 (2) for mutual entries.
