An Extraordinary General Meeting of the Class 1 and Class 2 Members of the Association was held on Tuesday, 27 January 2026 in the Hotel Le Royal, 12 Boulevard Royal, L-2449 Luxembourg and the following SPECIAL RESOLUTION was passed:

SPECIAL RESOLUTION

THAT alterations to certain Rules of Class 1 and Class 2 be made to take effect from noon GMT on 20 February 2026.

Further particulars of the Resolutions are set out in the Association’s Notice to Members No.15 2025/26 of December 2025.
