The consistent delivery of excellent service is a core part of the West of England's philosophy. We therefore greatly value feedback - both positive and negative - in order to help improve the service we offer.

Your complaint will be logged and acknowledged within 24 hours. We will then immediately undertake a detailed assessment of all the circumstances before reverting to you with our findings and planned course of action to remedy the situation within seven days. All complaints and their outcome are reported to the Board of the Management Company and if necessary to the Club's Luxembourg Board.
