Malcolm is the CEO of the Club’s Singapore branch office. He joined West in 2005 as an underwriter in the Hong Kong office, focussing mainly on the Club’s Vietnamese membership. In 2017 he moved to Singapore when West established their branch office there. Malcolm is the CEO of the Singapore branch of West overseeing the Club’s membership in Singapore, Vietnam, Thailand, Taiwan and Korea.
