Iran Sanctions - Further Advice on Lifting of Certain Sanctions

Further to Notice to Members No.19 2016/2017 , US attorneys Freehill, Hogan and Mahar have issued a helpful Client Alert describing the effect of the lifting of nuclear-related secondary sanctions against Iran under the terms of the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action. This Alert includes links to guidance documents and FAQs issued by OFAC.
