No.5 2026/27 -Annual General Meeting

1. To read and acknowledge the Reports of the Directors and the Reports of the Statutory Auditor.

2. To read and adopt the Statutory Report and Accounts and the Statutory Consolidated Report and Accounts for the year ended 20 February 2026.
3. To grant discharge to the Directors and Statutory Auditor for the year under review.
4. To elect Directors and Members’ Committee members.
5. To appoint PricewaterhouseCoopers Assurance, Société coopérative as Statutory Auditor of the Association and to fix their remuneration.
6. To transact any other ordinary business of the Association.

The audited Statutory Report and Accounts and Statutory Consolidated Report and Accounts for the year ended 20 February 2026 are available on request.

Members entitled to attend and vote may address a proxy appointment form (in attachment), nominating the Chairman or another person. Members may as well vote using a voting form (in attachment). Proxy appointment forms and voting forms need be sent to the General Manager ( Olivier.lebescond@westpandi.com) not less than forty-eight (48) hours prior to the Meeting.
