In case of emergency, Members and Correspondents are encouraged to contact the Claims Team direct whenever possible.

A duty officer (by rota) is contactable on mobile phone number +44 7795 116602 to deal with any urgent matters if Members or Correspondents are unable to contact the appropriate Claims Team.

Computer Systems & Email - Saturday 16/07/2011

UPDATE: The work referred to below has now been completed and our email is fully operational.

We would like to advise Members and correspondents that on Saturday 17 July we will be conducting maintenance work on our computer systems. This work will affect email and we will not be able to respond to messages until after 17:00 GMT. If urgent matters arise please telephone either your normal contact using the mobile numbers on this website or the duty officer on (+44)(0)7795 116602.

The maintenance work will also affect WestNet but the website will be available as normal.
