Russian Sanctions - Rusal - Removal from SDN List

Further to our News Item of 4 January 2019, as expected United Company Rusal, EN+ Group and JSC Eurosibenergo have all been removed from the U.S. SDN list. Both U.S. and non-U.S. persons are therefore now free to trade with these entities. The former majority owner of the companies, Oleg Deripaska, remains on the SDN List however and any transactions directly with him should be avoided.
