New BIMCO sanctions clause for container vessels

BIMCO have recently published a sanctions clause for use in container vessel time charter parties. A copy of the clause and its accompanying explanatory notes can also be found on our dedicated sanctions webpage, alongside details of other BIMCO sanction clauses and additional materials to guide Members in this complex and fluid area.
