Navigational Warning - Dinagat Sound, Mindanao, Philippines

Information has been received from Pandiman Philippines Inc regarding a reef in Dinagat Sound, Mindanao where the depth of water appears to be significantly less than that shown on the chart. Two vessels have been grounded on the reef within the last few weeks after loading nickel ore at Surigao.

The UK Hydrographic Office has been notified and a Notice to Mariners is due to be issued shortly. In the meantime Members are advised to take note of the following details:
