Iran Sanctions - Further Guidance from US Authorities

Further to our News Item of 4 August 2015, the Office of Foreign Asset Control (OFAC) in the United States has issued guidance and a series of FAQs regarding the continuing limited sanctions relief under the Joint Plan of Action (JPOA) pending Implementation Day of the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA).

Members should contact the Managers with any questions concerning the impact of these and any other sanctions.
