Yemen - Security Situation

Club Correspondents, The Hodeidah Shipping & Transport Co. have provided the Club with an update on the deteriorating security situation within Yemen.

Although the ports of Hodeidah and Saleef having been working normally to date, the port of Aden has been taken over by Houthi rebels, and the port is now closed.

The situation within Yemen is fluid, and Members with vessels proceeding to the country, or considering fixing their vessels for voyages to Yemen, are advised to contact the Club for an update on the security situation which is changing by the day.
