The Appointment of the Chairman and Vice-Chairmen of the Board of Directors

At the meeting in Hamburg last week, the Board of Directors unanimously elected Matheos Los as Chairman of the Board as successor to Stephen Van Dyck, who will retire from the Board following its next meeting on 6 February 2008. Mr. Los has been a Director since 13 May 1980, and a Vice‑Chairman since 5 February 2003.

At the same meeting Ejgil Kromann and Robert Lorenz-Meyer were unanimously elected as Vice-Chairmen of the Board with immediate effect.
