STEPHEN VAN DYCK

At the meeting in Luxembourg last week the Chairman of the Board of Directors, Stephen Van Dyck, advised the Directors that he will retire from the Board in the spring of 2008. In accordance with the Club's Constitution, the Board intends to elect his successor as Chairman at their meeting in Hamburg in December to take over in May 2008.

The Directors expressed their gratitude to Stephen Van Dyck for his invaluable contributions to the Club over many years and in particular for the twenty two years during which he has served as the Club's Chairman with great distinction.

A reception to mark his retirement will be held by the Board at their meeting in Sorrento in May 2008.
