International Group of P&I Clubs Survey
The International Group of P&I Clubs (IG), of which the West of England is a member, is currently conducting some research into the work it performs on behalf of the P&I community and the majority of the world’s commercial shipowners. The aim of the research is to help the IG review the range of services it currently provides and to understand how it can better assist Club Members.
Members are asked to complete the IG survey which should take no longer than 15 minutes. Participants will be taken through a series of questions and asked to provide opinions on the IG - not their own Club – which will be of great value. Members’ assistance in completing the survey would therefore be most appreciated.

Members are asked to complete the survey by Monday 24 April.
The survey is being conducted by an independent research agency (Navigate) and all responses will be kept entirely confidential. The Managers will not see completed questionnaires and respondents will not be asked to give their own or their company’s names unless they wish to.
Since many fleets are entered with more than one Club there is a possibility that Members’ other Club(s) might also ask them to complete the same questionnaire but the questionnaire only need be completed once.
By participating in this survey Members will help improve the services delivered through the activities of the IG.
