A duty officer (by rota) is contactable on mobile phone number +44 7795 116602 to deal with any urgent matters if Members or Correspondents are unable to contact the appropriate Claims Team.

Coronavirus - Hong Kong Office Closure

Our Hong Kong office will be closed until Monday 9th March 2020.

Hong Kong office staff will continue to work from home during this time and can be contacted as normal by email and telephone, maintaining full service.
