International Chamber of Shipping - Pilotage, Towage and Mooring Survey 2016

The International Chamber of Shipping is currently running a survey aimed at bridge teams addressing their experiences during pilotage, towage and mooring operations. The purpose of the survey is to determine the extent to which best practice in pilotage, towage and mooring is being followed and to highlight any particular examples of very good practice, and any concerns over the quality of pilotage, towage and mooring services at ports and terminal worldwide.

Members are invited to provide the link to the online survey to their bridge teams so that they can complete the survey for each port or terminal call, although it should be noted that the timeframe for submissions is limited and these must be completed by Sunday 16th October 2016, although there is a possibility that the submissions deadline may be extended.
