Ukraine Conflict - UK General Licence issued in relation to Sovcomflot

Further to our News Item of 25 March 2022, the UK Government has issued a General Licence allowing parties to wind down any transactions with Sovcomflot.

The licence took effect on 29 March and expires on 15 May 2022. A copy of the General License from the Office of Financial Sanctions Implementation (OFSI) can be found here.
